as i sit here packing clothes into a suitcase and watching Forrest Gump i'm wondering.. how is this real life? and not only that, but how have i managed to put off packing until right now? eight hours before my car has to pull out of that drive and makes its way to the airport with me inside of it.. how have i not bought a new book to read on the plane? how have i not charged my camera battery? how have i not already written this post? why wont it let me attach a picture? why do i feel like anything i write isn't going to be enough tonight? so many questions.. and hopefully this trip will hold the answers.
