i hadn't forgotten about them. and i was seriously considering getting them with this month's paycheck until this happened. so while i've been carefully staying out of stores [and not even letting myself window shop online] mara at M Loves M bought them.. for $48.99!!! WHAT? that is literally less than 50% off. i screamed when i read that [about 15 minutes ago] and immediately got on jessicasimpson.com to purchase them. not ONLY that, BUT because i've never purchased from jessicasimpson.com before, i looked up discount codes and found one for 10% JUST for being a first time customer. also, i got free shipping even though it says "for purchases over $100." don't ask me how that happened, because i really don't know.. but i'm soooooo excited about it. so not only did i get my dream shoes.. i got them for $44.09. now the REAL icing on the cake would be if they arrived before my nashville trip next week. i might cry. ah.
